Another very busy month for me in terms of the shift of my professional career. I'm beyond proud that I managed to keep to my weekly writing goal of 500 words. Regularity shall be key!

Main Inspiration
Clair Obscur Expedition 33 - one of the best video games I've ever played, and I'm not just saying it because it's French like I am. Absolutely enthralling story, gameplay, soundtracks... it will inspire me for a long time to come.

The decrease of words and writing time is definitely showing itself now that I've officially started training in the funerary field to get a new job in the future. However, I still intend to keep going, and cannot be more grateful to communities like Ellipsus who are being extremely vocal about the importance of words and writing as a whole, in a socio-political context that is so draining for writers and artists.

Main Inspiration
Norway - My trip to the city of Tromsø was everything I hoped for and more. My family and I managed to see incredible Northern Lights and Fjords that deeply inspired me, still to this day. It's the sort of atmosphere that I crave, and that I hope to convey in some of my stories, one day.

I am very new to Dreamwidth and my main reason for being here is because I joined the getyourwordsout challenge for the first time. I intend to focus more on writing this year!
Since I am currently unemployed (and fighting against capitalism) my main goal has been to write every single day until I find a job, to try to remain at least positive about my creative prospects.
I'm very excited to see where this year takes me, and January has been quite successful - writing wise - so far!

Main Inspiration
Hannibal (TV show) - I finally watched it for the first time; it was so good that I ended up binging all three seasons pretty quickly. Absolutely loved the psychological horror elements, and they've inspired me to look at some things for my own stories more deeply.
